Job summary

Salesforce London seeks an experienced Community Practice Leader to drive regional and global GTM initiatives for Informatica CoP, leveraging cross-functional alliances across Sales, Marketing and Product.

You will partner with European enterprise customers, shape strategic assets, and mentor field resources while advancing data governance, data management and value selling across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience within enterprise software.
• Data governance, data quality, profiling, catalog and privacy experience.
• Clear communicator able to explain complex architectures to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated stakeholder interviews and trusted relationships with customers, prospects, analysts and sales leaders.
• Proven project management across geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, cloud strategies and SaaS/middleware.
• Prior knowledge of Informatica, Salesforce platforms and MuleSoft is preferred.
• Strong GTM and value selling DNA in enterprise software sales cycles.
• English fluency required; Dutch proficiency is highly preferred for Netherlands engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic objectives of the Informatica Community Practice to support local sales and account teams.
• Coach field resources and engage directly with enterprise customers across UK/Ireland and Europe.
• Maintain deep GTM messaging and regional enablement strategies to grow CoP impact.
• Establish partnerships across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with clear accountability.
• Oversee development of digital enablement pages and interactive community initiatives.
• Promote the CoP value proposition both internally and externally in the local tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global Industry Advisor teams and international sales leaders on architectural and business-value insights.
