Job summary

Aptean is seeking a highly skilled Infor XA / Jobscope ERP consultant in the United Kingdom to implement, configure, customize, optimize and support the Infor XA / Jobscope ERP system. This role demands hands-on ERP deployment experience and a deep understanding of module interdependencies within the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years consulting experience with at least 3 years in Infor XA / Jobscope.
• Proficiency configuring and customizing Infor XA / Jobscope modules.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of the various modules in Infor XA / Jobscope ERP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements.
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ERP with other business applications.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor XA / Jobscope enhancements and industry best practices.
