Job summary

Tank Recruitment is seeking an ERP Lead for a North of England site-based or hybrid role, focusing on Infor LN CloudSuite implementation and ongoing ownership. You will bridge IT, operations and shop floor to standardise processes and drive adoption of IPC-based Infor LN functionality.

You will shape the ERP roadmap, manage major deployments, and lead change management initiatives across production, quality and supply chain in a heavy-industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading implementations and/or major deployments of Infor LN CloudSuite.
• Strong background in manufacturing ERP, ideally within heavy industrial or process manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infor Process Catalogue (IPC) and implementing standard Infor processes.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale change management in operational and shop floor settings.
• Knowledge of MES, automation, or integration with shop floor systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Infor LN CloudSuite across manufacturing, inventory, planning, production, quality and supply chain.
• Act as the primary functional ERP authority across the business.
• Own the ERP roadmap, prioritising enhancements, upgrades and CI initiatives.
• Translate heavy manufacturing processes into Infor LN standard process flows.
• Lead change management on the shop floor and across operational functions.
• Develop and execute change management, communication and training strategies.
