Job summary

A1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Global Infor System Administrator to own and optimise the Infor CloudSuite A&D ERP platform on a worldwide scale. The role requires strategic leadership across IT, operations and external partners to drive transformation.

You will oversee governance, upgrades, integrations and roadmap delivery, coordinating multinational teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Infor ERP / Infor CloudSuite.
• Strong knowledge of Infor administration, configuration and integrations.
• Experience with ERP governance and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the global Infor ERP environment.
• Lead the Infor Centre of Competence and coordinate teams and external partners.
• Oversee upgrades, releases, configuration and continuous improvement.
• Develop the Infor roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, and SLAs.
• Support deployments, enhancements and transformation projects.
• Oversee security, performance and system governance.
