Responsibilities

• Keep children safe and comply with safeguarding policies.
• Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in teacher-led activities.
• Assist with general pastoral care and support pupils who are unwell, distressed or unsettled.
• Assist pupils with personal needs as appropriate.
• Provide regular feedback to teachers on pupils' achievement and progress.
• Support planning of work and activities.
• Provide clerical support (photocopying, laminating, filing) as required.
• Adhere to policies on child protection, health, safety and data protection.
