About Early Years Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to support early years settings.

No formal qualifications are required; however, applicants must have childcare experience and be able to provide a suitable childcare reference. Role involves supporting children in an EYFS setting, assisting with activities, and helping to create a safe, engaging learning environment while collaborating with teachers and nursery staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children.
• A childcare reference is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to provide 24 months of referencing history.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Assisting with learning and play-based activities.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Working alongside teachers and nursery staff to support children's progress.
