Job summary

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge/experience of the EYFS.
• Ability to support pupils with personal needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Keep all children safe and comply with safeguarding policies.
• Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.
• Assist with general pastoral care, including helping pupils who are unwell or unsettled.
• Assist pupils with personal needs as appropriate.
• Provide regular feedback to teachers on pupil achievement and progress.
• Attend relevant meetings and participate in training opportunities.
