Job summary

Conturve is seeking an Influencer Outreach Assistant in Manchester to identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators. You will work closely with the marketing team to expand Conturve’s creator network and ensure timely content delivery for campaigns.

The role is full-time and based in Manchester, focusing on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and content opportunities with creators across TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or outreach is beneficial.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms.
• Conduct daily outreach to new creators to build Conturve’s influencer network.
• Manage influencer gifting from initial outreach through to product selection, dispatch and content delivery.
• Build genuine, long‑term relationships with creators and influencers.
• Negotiate gifting and content opportunities where appropriate.
• Maintain an organised influencer database and track outreach, responses, gifting and content.
