Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Head of Influencer & Affiliate for a fast-growing UK beauty brand in Manchester. You will own the creator strategy, scale influencer partnerships and ambassador programs, and drive affiliate activity across social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop.

You will lead a team to develop creator programs, optimize ROI, and expand internationally, aligning with brand and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading influencer, affiliate or social commerce strategies in beauty or related consumer sectors.
• Strong track record with TikTok Shop and creator affiliate programmes.
• Ability to use data to drive sales and optimize investments.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the influencer, affiliate and creator strategy.
• Develop scalable creator programs across TikTok and social platforms.
• Lead performance measurement, KPIs, and reporting for the channel.
• Build and manage a portfolio of creators, ambassadors and partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to integrate creator activity into launches.
