PMG is seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead high-impact creator campaigns in London. You will align influencers with client objectives, oversee branded content, and analyze performance to extract actionable insights for future work.

You’ll collaborate across creators, talent agencies, media strategists, and brand partners to scale PMG’s influencer program with standards for authenticity and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer & Branded Content with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in content creation and influencer marketing strategy driving partnerships.
• Experience in contract review and proposal development for collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and selection of influencers aligned with campaign goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee creation and delivery of branded content following brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Mentor Associate-level team members to grow their capabilities.
• Focus on Influencer & Branded Content while supporting other channels as needed.
