Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Agency experience; multi-client management.
• Ability to lead influencer/creator workstreams independently.
• Deep understanding of lifecycle: strategy to measurement.
• Strong strategic thinking translating insights into actions.
• Experience leading client conversations and presentations.
• Proven project/program management across timelines and budgets.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Experience supporting new business pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned influencer and creator workstreams with strategies.
• Translate briefs, insights, trends into creator programs.
• Partner with senior leadership on integrated programs.
• Evolve agency frameworks and playbooks.
• Identify emerging creator trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with PR, social, paid, creative teams.
• Serve as day-to-day lead for programs; build client relationships.
• Lead client conversations, presentations, recommendations.
• Oversee planning, outreach, content development, activation, reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance; escalate when needed.
• Use performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior/mid-level team members; provide direction.
• Delegate while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support development of team in creator relations, PM, measurement.
