Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Account Director to lead a portfolio of Global and EMEA influencer campaigns from our London office. As senior strategic lead, you will build trusted relationships with clients, shape creator marketing strategies and oversee delivery across strategy, creative, production, paid media and analytics.

You will mentor a team of Creator Managers, identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure campaigns meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years' experience in influencer, creator marketing or social media.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and act as strategic advisor.
• Experience delivering integrated creator campaigns for major brands.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Strategy: Own a portfolio of Global and EMEA client accounts; lead strategic directions and client relationships.
• Commercial Growth: Identify growth opportunities and support revenue through strategic input and pitches.
• Campaign Oversight: Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and KPI achievement across campaigns.
• Creator Marketing Expertise: Lead creator strategy, partnerships, negotiations and content optimization guidance.
• Leadership & Team Development: Mentor Creator Managers; drive development and high performance.
• Reporting & Operational Excellence: Ensure robust reporting, forecasting and governance.
