Our Integrated Marketing and Communications team delivers campaign and project work for the Audit, Tax, and Consulting service lines, supporting market entry through industry offerings.

RSM seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to grow our Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Group, covering sectors like Private Healthcare, NHS, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Biotech.

You will develop, deliver, and monitor strategic marketing and business development activities for the industry group, working with industry development teams, sector heads, and partners to position our expertise, add client value, and acquire new business.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Advising on, developing, and executing the industry marketing strategy, focusing on growth areas
• Leading industry marketing activities and representing the firm
• Managing the industry marketing budget
• Building third-party relationships, exploring partnerships, and monitoring ROI
• Networking within the industry to build internal and external relationships
• Creating and maintaining marketing materials like sector info, testimonials, and credentials, and promoting best practices
