Client Location: London - hybrid - 3 days onsite

Hours: Full-time; 40-hour week

Duration: 11 months

As an Industry Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key clients and their agency partners. You will work to understand their business goals, craft data-driven strategies, and deliver innovative client advertising solutions that drive growth and measurable success. This is a consultative, client-facing role where you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to provide support and grow business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop understanding of clients’ businesses to formulate strategic account plans that drive growth and success.
  2. Build deep relationships with stakeholders at clients and their media and creative agencies.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions and manage business plans to drive revenue.
  4. Collaborate with experts to develop and implement creative advertising campaigns.
  5. Work with the LCS team to pitch, plan, and execute client campaigns successfully.

Mandatory Skills / Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Experience in marketing, retail, or digital businesses.
  3. Experience with digital media, advertising budgets, and campaigns.
  4. Experience supporting or achieving complex commercial goals.
  5. Media planning experience, including AV planning and performance.
  6. Knowledge of advertising platforms and formats across Google Search, Display, and Video.
  7. Ability to navigate complex organizations and stakeholders to drive results collaboratively.
