AeroFlow Technologies LLC in the United Kingdom seeks an Industrialisation Engineer to develop tooling and processes that enable right-first-time production. You will lead engineering tasks with minimal supervision and collaborate across functions to meet business targets.

Responsibilities include designing tooling for metallic assemblies, creating SOPs, supporting new product industrialisation, working with suppliers, applying RCCA and 5S, and driving continuous improvement from cradle to grave.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or science discipline, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Able to design and develop manufacturing sequences for multi-level assemblies.
• Strong project management and rapid iteration mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops tooling and processes to support manufacturing of metallic systems.
• Creates and maintains manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Supports industrialisation of new products using project management skills.
• Supports production to optimise tooling for legacy products.
• Works with and manages suppliers to support production with replacement tooling.
• Uses RCCA tools to resolve production issues.
• Uses project management techniques to drive continuous improvement projects from cradle to grave.
• Governs engineering standards within production to 5S standards.
• Evaluates and improves process effectiveness through time and motion studies.
• Uses cost data to assess most cost-effective methods/design of products.
• Applies multiple continuous improvement tools.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
