Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom seeks an Industrialisation Engineer to develop and optimize production tools and processes. You'll support industrialisation of new products and enhance production efficiency using strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or science and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on right-first-time production and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/science discipline or equivalent relevant education and experience required.
• Able to manage and lead tasks with minimal support.
• Experience with welding processes and non-destructive testing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops tooling and processes for manufacturing of metallic systems.
• Maintains manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Supports industrialisation of new products.
• Optimises tooling for legacy products.
• Manages suppliers for production support.
