ALTEN in the United Kingdom seeks Manufacturing Engineers to support the SAR Flowline programme in a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. You will focus on production operations, resolving manufacturing challenges, and ensuring components meet aerospace quality, safety, and certification requirements.

You will work with Operations, Design, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve flowline performance, drive cost reductions, and support New Product Introduction and industrialisation

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing environments.
• Experience with aerospace components, assemblies or production systems.
• Understanding of aerospace quality requirements and standards.
• Familiar with RCA and problem solving techniques.
• Experience with process development and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide manufacturing engineering support to the SAR Flowline production area.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing and production issues.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routes and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Support concession, non-conformance and root cause investigations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure processes comply with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
• Support NPI and industrialisation activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to improve production.
