Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK is seeking an Industrialisation Governance & Process Manager to lead governance, assurance and business processes across Operations and Supply Chain. You will report to the Senior Manager - Production Systems and drive industrialisation activities.

The role requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments, with hybrid working from Derby, Manchester or Warrington and regular supplier travel. Competitive salary and extensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Governance, assurance or business process leadership experience.
• Experience developing reporting and governance frameworks.
• Exposure to quality management systems and operational management systems.
• Audit management and compliance experience.
• Risk management and readiness assessment capability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance, assurance and reporting structures covering industrialisation activities
• Support and improve business process deployment across operations and supply chain functions
• Ensure ISO and business management system requirements are met and evidenced through audit activities
• Coordinate and facilitate the external Delivery Advisory Committee, including planning reviews, managing scope, organising meetings and ensuring actions are completed
