Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK is recruiting an Industrialisation Governance & Process Manager to lead governance, assurance and business process activities across Operations and Supply Chain. The role reports to the Senior Manager - Production Systems and drives governance structures and audit readiness.

The position requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments and a track record in stakeholder management, risk assessment and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading governance, assurance or business process initiatives.
• Ability to design and implement reporting and governance structures.
• Familiarity with quality and operational management systems.
• Experience conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong risk management and readiness assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance, assurance and reporting structures for industrialisation activities.
• Support and improve business process deployment across Operations and Supply Chain functions.
• Ensure ISO and business management system requirements are met and evidenced through audits.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Delivery Advisory Committee, planning reviews and actions.
