Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK is recruiting Senior Managers – Operations, Industrialisation & Project Delivery to establish a new capability build within the industrialisation function. You will report to the Senior Manager in Production Systems and shape delivery approaches across Derby, Manchester or Warrington with hybrid working and regular supplier travel.

The roles require experience in complex programmes, regulated environments, and driving transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing complex programmes, projects or operations.

Aufgaben

• Define scalable delivery models and governance frameworks for Rolls-Royce SMR projects.
• Lead transformation, change and capability deployment initiatives across teams.
• Design operating models and processes to enable large-scale programme delivery.
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain and Programme teams to deliver practical solutions at scale.
