Job summary
Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Senior Manager - Industrialisation Capability Acquisition to drive capability planning, development and deployment for industrialisation delivery. You will translate requirements into people, processes and tools, assess readiness, and ensure adoption across functions, reporting to the Senior Manager - Production Systems.
The role can be based in Derby, Manchester or Warrington with hybrid working and regular supplier travel.

- Strategic workforce planning exposure.
- Capability modelling experience.
- Experience delivering organisational growth, transformation or capability improvement programmes.
- Strong programme and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify future capability requirements and develop plans to ensure organisational readiness.
- Translate capability requirements into implemented solutions encompassing people, processes and tools.
- Assess organisational readiness and maturity levels, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure capability solutions are successfully adopted across operational and programme functions.
