Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK is seeking an Industrialisation Governance & Process Manager to lead governance, assurance and business processes across Operations and Supply Chain. You will report to the Senior Manager - Production Systems and drive industrialisation activities.

The role requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments, with hybrid working from Derby, Manchester or Warrington and regular supplier travel. Competitive salary and extensive benefits are included.

• Ensure ISO and business management system requirements are met and evidenced through audit activities
• Coordinate and facilitate the external Delivery Advisory Committee, including planning reviews, managing scope, organising meetings and ensuring actions are completed

Job description

The appointment of an Industrialisation Governance & Process Manager will be a pivotal role at Rolls Royce SMR and will act as a dedicated governance, assurance and business process lead supporting industrialisation activity across Operations and Supply Chain. You will be reporting to our Senior Manager - Production Systems and your role will look like,

• Develop and maintain governance, assurance and reporting structures covering industrialisation activities
• Support and improve business process deployment across operations and supply chain functions
• Ensure ISO and business management system requirements are met and evidenced through audit activities
• Coordinate and facilitate the external Delivery Advisory Committee, including planning reviews, managing scope, organising meetings and ensuring actions are completed

We seek an inspiring and tenacious individual who will have had exposure in regulated or safety-critical environments (as you would expect nuclear "know-how" will be of great interest to us, whilst those from defence, aerospace and manufacturing sectors may all have transferable capability).

Location & Ways of Working

This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular supplier travel required. Some international travel may also be required depending on supplier activity. In return we offer:

• A salary between £60,000 and £78,750 depending on experience
• 12.5% performance related bonus
