Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Business Development Manager to sell engineered products, capital equipment or technical solutions into industrial or process environments. This hybrid role is commutable to our Hertfordshire office, with a base salary up to £55,000 and an annual bonus.

You will develop existing accounts and win new business, with roughly 70% new business and 30% account management, contributing to commercial strategy and long-term planning.
