Job summary

REC2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant for its Lincoln office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, win new business and build lasting client relationships while developing your own desk in Lincolnshire and across the UK.

You will cover sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates, with uncapped commission and clear progression opportunities within an established business.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment with a proven new business track record.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• Experience in one or more of the following markets: Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics, Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities Management, Hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business across the industrial market.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the complete 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable temporary and permanent candidates.
• Developing your own client portfolio and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Delivering a high level of service while achieving revenue targets.
