You will recruit across Trades, Civils, M&E and Fit-Out, building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience.
• Successful track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Recruitment experience within construction-related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and winning new business across the UK construction market.
• Recruiting within Trades, Civils, M&E and Fit-Out.
• Building and maintaining long-time relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality temporary, contract and permanent candidates.
• Growing and developing your own client portfolio.
• Delivering excellent customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
