Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking an IT/OT System Administrator for our Goole plant to support the plant's IT and Operational Technology infrastructure. You will work with Operations, Engineering, vendors and global IT/OT teams to maintain reliable systems and drive improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining OT infrastructure, supporting plant-connected devices, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management, with collaboration across production and engineering teams to

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of current network communications devices and protocols as well as server and desktop technologies, especially Windows Server.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience following change management procedures and maintaining a highly available infrastructure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and dynamic team player who enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of plant OT infrastructure and Process Network environments.
• Provide day-to-day support for OT systems, network and plant-connected devices.
• Support cybersecurity, patching, antivirus, backup, and compliance activities.
• Assist with implementation of technology projects, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution of incidents.
