Qualifications

• Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining physical onsite hardware.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor systems, perform routine maintenance and manage user accounts.
• Support IT projects and upgrades while maintaining security and compliance.
• Onboard new employees by creating accounts and provisioning access.
