Job summary

Guardian Industries in Goole is seeking an IT/OT System Administrator to support the plant's IT and Operational Technology infrastructure. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, vendors and global IT/OT teams to maintain reliable systems, support projects and drive improvements in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with OT networks, Windows Server and change management, plus strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining OT infrastructure and plant networks.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and network devices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changes.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant OT infrastructure and Process Networks.
• Provide day-to-day OT system support.
• Assist with cybersecurity, patching, backups and compliance.
• Support technology projects and lifecycle management.
• Monitor system health and coordinate incident resolution.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and global IT/OT teams.
• Coordinate external vendors for plant tech systems.
• Document configurations and asset information.
• Support change, maintenance and disaster recovery activities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and enhancements.
