METTLER TOLEDO seeks a driven Field Sales Specialist in the United Kingdom to grow industrial sales, identify high-potential accounts, and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll develop penetration strategies, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate across units to deliver complete solutions.

You will engage in joint visits, seminars, and events while tracking market trends and providing management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
• Skilled in account development and pipeline management.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within a designated territory.
