Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to own electrical maintenance across a heavy manufacturing plant. You will diagnose faults, perform planned maintenance, and support safety and efficiency in feed production.

The role demands hands-on problem solving in a dusty, noisy environment with a proactive, reliable team player attitude. Applicants should have City & Guilds in electrical engineering (18th Edition), experience with PLCs, motor control equipment, and

Qualifications

Experience in industrial electrical engineering within heavy manufacturing.
Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels & geared motors.
Experience with PLCs & fault-finding to component level.
Good working knowledge of current electrical standards & regulations.
City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering – 18th Edition.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently.
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and routine servicing.
Supporting planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and share knowledge.
Promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with regulations.
