Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team at Lifton Mill. You will own electrical maintenance across plant and equipment, diagnose faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety for our farming customers.

The role requires experience in heavy manufacturing environments, knowledge of PLCs, motor control equipment, electrical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical engineering experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels and geared motors.
• Experience with PLCs and fault-finding to component level.
• Knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
• City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering - 18th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and routine servicing.
• Support planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and share knowledge.
• Promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
