Job summary

Opensoft Systems Ltd. is seeking an Account Management Executive to drive relationships with customers across the PLC, SCADA and Industrial Automation sector from our Knaresborough base, with UK-wide travel when required.

You will promote technical training packages and solution-based offerings, develop opportunities, and engage in consultative selling to grow key accounts. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and a readiness to travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Organised and target-driven with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing customers and prospects across the UK.
• Call customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Promote and sell technical training services and automation solutions.
• Identify and pre-qualify new sales opportunities within accounts.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Make professional B2B outbound calls and follow up enquiries.
• Arrange meetings and work with senior Sales and Account Management colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on customers and opportunities.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and follow up opportunities.
