Rotaflow Global Ltd in Scotland is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland and surrounding areas. The role offers a £50,000-£60,000 annual salary plus an uncapped 10% OTE bonus, a company EV/Hybrid car or car allowance, and full product and technical training. You will develop and implement sales plans, grow the customer base, and work with internal teams to quote solutions for valves, instrumentation, and flow control.

Qualifications

• Commercially-focused sales experience in industrial/technical sectors.
• Ability to understand processes and customer needs.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured sales plan for Scotland.
• Identify and target new customers and opportunities.
• Grow sales and gross margin across accounts.
• Visit customers regularly to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams on quotations.
