• Experience selling or supporting industrial automation technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of automation products and their applications.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for sales turnover and commercial performance within your territory.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
• Identify and acquire new customers and uncover new market opportunities.
• Understand customer applications and provide technical advice on suitable automation solutions.
• Develop opportunities across the company’s complete portfolio, including sensors, identification, machine vision, industrial networking, IO-Link and connectivity technologies.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial customer discussion through to closing.
• Identify additional potential within existing accounts.
• Implement regional sales, marketing and corporate strategies.
• Work closely with internal Sales Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences and industry meetings.
