Job summary

Bath Cats & Dogs Home is seeking an enthusiastic Individual Giving Assistant to inspire and support our community of supporters. You will work alongside the Individual Giving Manager to deliver outstanding donor experiences, manage our fundraising database, process donations, and help bring campaigns to life across direct mail, email and digital channels.

This is a particularly exciting time to join Bath Cats & Dogs Home. Following our recent merger with a neighbouring animal charity, we're embarking on an ambitious new chapter that will expand our reach from west Wiltshire to the Bristol Channel, doubling the population we support and creating a stronger, more sustainable future for animals and the people who love them.

We're looking for a passionate, organised and data-savvy Individual Giving Assistant to help inspire and support the incredible community of people who make our work possible. Working alongside our Individual Giving Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional supporter experiences, managing our fundraising database, processing donations, developing supporter journeys and helping to bring fundraising campaigns to life across direct mail, email and digital channels.
