Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join the residential conveyancing team in Cheltenham. You will independently progress matters and support a senior fee earner across a busy caseload, including sales, purchases and remortgages.

Strong client liaison and accurate document drafting are essential. The role offers genuine autonomy and responsibility within the team, with a focus on efficient progression of matters and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience within residential conveyancing.
• Strong practical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience supporting a senior fee earner or solicitor.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and third parties.
• Good understanding of title, searches, enquiries, exchange and completion.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and progress your own workload within a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Provide comprehensive support to a senior fee earner across a varied caseload.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters.
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates.
• Draft correspondence and legal documentation; raise and respond to enquiries.
• Review title documentation and searches; liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Manage exchange and completion requirements; keep case management records up-to-date.
