Job summary

Confidential in London is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support a busy in-house transactions team on residential property matters, handling matters from instruction to completion.

You will draft and negotiate leases, transfers, licenses, easements; perform title reviews and due diligence; advise on commercial queries; mentor junior colleagues; contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Law graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
• In-house experience or exposure to leasehold matters advantageous.

Profile

• Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
• Previous in-house experience or exposure to leasehold property matters would be advantageous.
