Job summary

Michael Page Legal seeks a Senior Paralegal to support a busy in-house transactions team. You will manage a portfolio of residential property matters with exposure to wider commercial issues, drafting, reviewing and negotiating key property documents.

You will advise internal stakeholders, liaise with multiple teams, and help mentor junior colleagues in a collaborative environment. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Draft and negotiate a range of property documentation, including leases, transfers, licences and easements.
• Conduct title reviews, legal due diligence and property-related legal research.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and transaction-related queries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and wider team projects.
• Assist with the supervision and development of junior team members.

Profile

• Law graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
• Comfortable managing matters independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
• Previous in-house experience or exposure to leasehold property matters would be advantageous.
