Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Assistant to join its Bristol-based Residential Conveyancing team. You will support the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with the Conveyancer and maintaining proactive client communication.

The role requires experience in residential conveyancing, strong attention to detail, and excellent IT skills.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong communication and client service.
• Excellent numeracy and meticulous record-keeping.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with a legal case management system preferable.

Responsibilities

• Progress residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular updates.
• Maintain and update case management records.
• Support the Conveyancer with day‑to‑day progression and tasks.
• Escalate issues to the Conveyancer when needed.
