Job summary
Corus Consultancy in Newmarket is recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred care in supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and support community access while maintaining accurate records, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC standards. Flexible shifts and weekly pay are offered.

- Buccal Medication Administration
- Medication Management
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Dysphagia Awareness
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Catheter Care
- Mandatory Training Certificate
- Moving and Handling practical
- DBS on the update service
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
- Promote independence, well being, and social inclusion.
- Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
- Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
