Job summary

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills

• Experience in health and social care (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills
• Prepare and implement individual and group support programmes
• Promote a safe living environment and handle conflicts using appropriate techniques
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per policy where required
• Maintain accurate records and complete service reporting
• Attend mandatory trainings and follow health and safety policies
