Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners at Bramley House in Boston to provide compassionate, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, accompany residents on community outings, and contribute to their independence, with access to a company vehicle for transportation where licensed.

A driving record meeting UK requirements is needed. We offer competitive starting rates (£13.12–£14.12 per hour), extensive training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and contributing to others’ progression.
• Strong team player across shifts and duties.
• Resilient and able to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy for care coordination and documentation.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs in daily activities.
• Accompany clients on trips into the community and support community activities.
• Assist with transport and use of company vehicle (driver with UK license).
• Contribute to independent living goals and personal development.
• Document and communicate observations to the team.
