Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Work with Team Leaders to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
• Collaborate to promote a safe working and living environment, resolving conflicts using appropriate techniques and language.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered in line with Praxis Care’s policies where necessary.
• Familiarize yourself with administrative requirements and log information per reporting guidelines.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and participate in related training.
