Qualifications

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.

Responsibilities

• Form positive relationships with the person you support and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with them and their families.
• Help with daily living skills, personal care, finances and medication to support independence.
• Assist people to stay safe and healthy and connect with GP, social workers or advocates when needed.
