Job summary

Connexus in rural England is seeking an Independent Living Coordinator to join the Independent Living Team across two schemes (Clee Hill and Burford). The role is accommodation-based and requires on-site presence to support customers in their homes and in the estate community hub.

You will deliver intensive housing management, monitor income, manage tenancies, and provide high-quality support, creating a sense of community and inclusive activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management and customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in working with older/disabled people and community living
• Willingness to work on-site across two schemes
