Job summary

Service Care Solutions seeks an Independent Living Partner in Bracknell to deliver housing management and support services within independent living schemes. You will be the first point of contact for residents, promoting independence, wellbeing and community engagement.

Role includes managing tenancy-related matters, welfare monitoring, safety inspections and coordinating with local authorities and care partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or supported housing for older/vulnerable residents.
• Understanding of tenancy legislation, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills when engaging with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing management support to residents in independent living schemes.
• Advise on tenancy rights and responsibilities; manage allocations and voids.
• Monitor residents' welfare and refer needs to internal or external services as appropriate.
• Manage social alarm systems; respond to calls and ensure maintenance checks.
