Job summary

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Supported Living Advisor in Glenfield House, Bracknell. This full-time, on-site role is 37 hours per week with alternate weekends.

You will provide tailored social and housing-related support to people with complex mental health needs, helping them access community resources and sustain their tenancies, while working with partners to keep people independent. Qualifications

• Experience of working with adults with complex mental health needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to a caseload of referred service users.
• Support service users in their care plans and assist with transport when needed.
• Build rapport with individuals using empathy, patience and respect for rights.
• Support management of mental health symptoms as part of agreed plans.
• Enable people to access community resources and sustain their tenancies.
