Job summary

Peabody is seeking a full-time Outreach Support Worker to empower people in Chelmsford and Maldon to live independently and sustain their tenancies. You’ll deliver person-centred, flexible support, visit customers in their homes, and help them build essential life skills with a focus on independence.

You’ll help navigate welfare benefits, liaise with external agencies, and provide crisis intervention when needed, all while promoting empowerment and choice.

Responsibilities
