Qualifications

• Has experience (professional or voluntary) in a supportive role.
• Understands housing support needs and welfare benefits.
• Holds a valid UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to support tenancies and life skills.
• Assist with navigating welfare benefits and accessing services.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure timely support.
