Job summary

Codi, part of Pobl Group, is seeking a full-time, fixed term Scheme Support Officer based in Caerphilly (Blackwood). You will work days between 9am–9pm on a rolling rota, with a start date in July 2027, to support individuals on their recovery journey toward independent tenancies.

Day-to-day duties include engaging with the people we support, following a personalised plan, delivering workshops on tenancy management and wellbeing, liaising with external agencies, and conducting wellbeing and

Responsibilities

Engaging and interacting with the people we support
Following a support plan with the individuals that access the service
Delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
Liaising with external agencies
Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
Wellbeing checks
Ensuring the building is secure including health & safety checks and maintaining an awareness of who is in the building
A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people's lives
A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations
